Position: Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Retention Specialist to join our dynamic Contact Center team in Boca Raton, FL. As a crucial member of our team, you'll play a key role in maintaining and growing our customer base while delivering a world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist customers in resolving issues, scheduling services, and providing top-notch support to keep them satisfied.
  • Retention: Proactively prevent customer cancellations by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience by upselling additional services or cross-selling complementary ones.
  • Collections: Manage accounts receivable and conduct collections activities, maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Sales: Drive sales growth by promoting and selling new services to both existing and potential customers.
  • Scheduling: Efficiently schedule services and manage customer appointments to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • A sales-minded attitude with the ability to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Experience in a customer service or contact center environment is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
