Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service)
- Must have your own computer (desktop or laptop with a 4-core processor) - but NO CHROMEBOOKS, Ipads/Tablets OR Macbooks
- ** Must have a wired USB headset with a microphone ** (Please use this in your interview)
- Reliable and dependable
- Experience with data entry and word processing is required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy
- Must possess basic computer knowledge
- Team oriented with a positive, “can do” attitude
- Fluent in writing, reading & speaking English
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 Monitors/Screens- required for some projects
- Two years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service)
- Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM, DialPad is a definite plus
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers daily
- Dispatching the proper technicians or resources to the customer
- Remaining calm in the face of potentially distressed customers
- Being on time each day
- Providing customer service with empathy and care
- Ensure client needs are met

Pay: $15-$16 per hour W2
